Posted on 11:00 Member Posts: 95 Joined: 12.12.07 Would you tell about your operating system? Pc writing kit for kn7000 was bundled with sd-jukebox v2.4 and panasonic card r/w. U have to read the user manual in the cd to verify that ur system has meet the requirements. U can't just copying some wav's or mp3's to sd card,,u must first convert mp3's to secure mp3 or aac within sd jukebox software, then check it out to ur sd by using sd jukebox and the card r/w. Posted on 20:45 Member Posts: 39 Joined: 16.10.06 I have a dual core Vista system. I get a warning that it may not run correctly. So I set the installer to run in compatibility mode (XP Sp2) and the install starts.

When it comes to inputting the serial number, the installer says I have an invalid serial number. I've tried many times even swapping zeros for 'O's just incase, but it will not install. I even tried looking for a 'cracked' version on the net to no avail. So I'm stuck with software I cannot install.

Upon loading the software, I get the 'dual core not supported' warning that others have mentioned. However, the software continues to load. But then, when I start to convert a file, the software cannot find the SD card even tho' it is plugged in and in the reader. I tried saving it in another place and transfering it to the SD card outside of SD Jukebox, but the K7 said the card was empty.
Is a 1 gig card suitable for what I am doing, or is it the wrong size? Sorry, but I seem to be stuck again. Blessings, Al.
Posted on 23:28 Member Posts: 39 Joined: 16.10.06 I went around to my daughter in law who has a 4 year old (slow!) computer single core running XP. I got SD Jukebox to load fine, but it still says there is no card in the machine even though Im using the Panasonic reader that came with the SD Jukebox software. All I want to do is drop one track to use as a reference when I set up at a venue.
I never thought Id have so much trouble and still not get the track on the SD card. I dont know what to next having done all the 'correct' things!

Posted on 04:53 Member Posts: 95 Joined: 12.12.07 Try the following step: - plug in your panasonic card r/w to the usb port. - insert ur sd card to ur panasonic card reader. - check wether ur sd card was detected (can be opened) in windows explorer or not. - if it couldn't be opened in window explorer, so u have trouble with ur card reader.
(try to update ur driver via device manager and select to update from sd jukebox cd-rom) - if it could be, then run ur sd jukebox software. RoNz Music - Ronny Music Record Homepage.
