Hey fellow Simmers, I created this thread for us to list the mods that can make the game more realistic. I will post some links when I get home. ETA: Inteenimater: One of the most popular and well known mods of the Sims community. This mod makes your teenage female sims pregnant, woohoo, and have miscarraiges. Adult female sims will experience miscarriage symptoms too if they don't eat enough food or rest.

Make sure you download Inteenimater with the latest expansion pack in hand. Note: If you have the ultimate collection, download Inteen for Apartment Life *DO NOT MERGE WITH SQUINGES MOD: PREGNANTANYOUTFIT HACK* (This mod has worked in my game!

The Sims 2 Hacks

You can add it after you add inteen, still use it at your own risk) InSimenator: Similar to Inteen but takes the bool prop cheat to the next level. This mod can be combined with Inteen allowing your pregnant sims to wear any outfit, controlling money issues, etc. The limits are endless. *THIS MOD IS UNSUPPORTED AS THE ORIGINAL CREATOR HAS LEFT HIS SITE DEFUNCT, AS WITH ANY MOD PLEASE DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please feel free to add more mods to the list. Happy Simming! I've never used these but they sound pretty fun to use in the game.

Update: Magical Keumungo v.1.02 - for TS2 + Ep - Now compatible with Insimenator! Picked Upload! This is a picked upload!

It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community. Magical Keumungo for TS2 and EP - now compatible with Insimenator! ------------------------------------------------- Update version 1.02: See describtion below ------------------------------------------------- The Magical Keumungo is here! A hacked Object to switch jealousy on and off within the game. This hacked Object has got its very own sounds! I managed to apply OWN SOUNDS (produced in my recording studio) to the object, which took a lot to make it work.

This is the first hack I 've ever done. It's also my first contribution to the community and I want to say a big Thanks to all of you who made these objects, meshes and recolors.

Free for everybody. In todays world where capitalism rules life on this planet, I appreciate this very much.

As a professional musician the idea of illustrating the actions of my object with sounds came naturally. It's more 'lively' and tickles one's phantasie. Welcome to the secrets of ancient tibet!

The Sims 2 Hacks

This is the Magic Keumungo, a mysterious instrument, found in a old monastery where it had been kept for ages locked in a hidden chamber. Only special members of the Sim-buddistic brotherhood were allowed to take care of the holy instrument. Those monks - mostly Sim-Lamas - were enjoying the great honor of being a 'Guardian of Tolerance'.

When their time had come they passed the legacy into the hands of another young fellow. This tradition went on from generation to generation. The Magic Keumungo is more than just a musical instrument.

It carries magical powers. The holder of the Keumungo was able to manipulate the behavior of all people staying in the monastery. He could call the spirits of Tolerance to create a peaceful atmosphere.

He could also release the demons of jealousy to weaken the vunarable social balance of the community which would bring conflict, terror and doom. How it works: The Keumungo works for each household independently. When you switch to 'Tolerance' all members of the household will remain in that state until you switch back to (normal) jealous behavior.

Sims who live in other households will not be affected unless they have their own Keumungo. Assuming you have several Keumungos in several houses, members of each household will be jealous or not, according to the state of their Keumungo. If you remove a Keumungo from a household the selected state will continue.

The only problem that I have seen so far appears when you have a visitor. If (1) the behavior is switched to 'Tolerance' before the visitor arrives and (2) the visitor is in love with one of the residents and (3) this Sim has at least one other lover amoung the members of the household, it can happen that the Sims show jealous behavior even though the Keumungo has been set to 'Tolerance'. What is new in version 1.02? The Magical Keumungo is now fully compatible with all versions of Erics Insimenator up to Insimenator 1.2 EP.

That is to say, there are two versions of the Keumungo now: One cooperates with the Insimenator while the other one is a stand-alone version which you should use in case you don't have the Inimenator installed. For more information see the installation-notes inside the RAR-file! Note: The newer Insimenator-UV-versions are NOT compatible!

Bug-fix: when you erased the Keumungo from your household while having set the switch to (call the spirits of.) Tolerance and then installed a new Keumungo in the same household, the pie menu in the new Keumungo shows: 'Call the spirits of Tolerance' although your Sims are still in the state of Tolerance. This would lead to confusion because in this case the Keumungo v.1.01 worked in the opposite way as intended (when you called tolerance Sims got jealous and vice versa). To avoid this now, in v.1.02 whenever you install a new Keumungo all Sims on the lot are being reset to (normal) jealousy-behavior.

If you still notice any strange behavior in the game or anything that may be caused by the Magic Keumungo, please let me know. Make a reply to this thread, PM me or send me an e-mail. NOTE: DON'T CHANGE THE NAME OF THE 'MaKeSound.package'! (the soundfile that comes with the Keumungo in the RAR-archive) THE OBJECT WILL NOT WORK ANYMORE! Have fun and let me know what you think of it!

Credits to Inge Jones, Eric, J. Download Rune Factory 3 Nds Usa. Pescado who's objects were very useful in learning about Simantics, as well as to Quaxi - without SimPE this work would have been impossible. Is your visit to Twikkii Island lacking something? Are your beach bums tired of building sandcastles?

Do your beach goers need a means to show off their abs? (Do your beach goers need a means to actually develop those abs?) Fear not! I give you something EA should have given us when they made Bon Voyage: Surfing! This is a new, socialable self-interaction with a custom queue icon and custom animation.

Surfing is available for Sims who are Teens and older (who aren't in the 'showing' stages of pregnancy) and who are not Servos. As you would expect, surfing is only available on beach lots and a Sim must have a surfboard in their inventory.

(Surfboards make great gifts, by the way. ) Because I had to make changes to the wave effect object, I made a default override so that all beach lots should be ready for surfing. Bon Voyage is required.

Included: The interaction itself (plus some additional, necessary files: the wave effect override, a cart object which holds the Sim and a routing NPC). Surfboard object with 50 recolors! (42 are CuriousB colors and 8 are more of a 'novelty' kind). Variety is the spice of life, after all.and, well, recoloring can be therapeutic when dealing with BHAV-induced headaches. You can delete any you don't want.

Beyond simply variety, it is also my intention that some of them will inspire others to make recolors which have better textures than mine. (These are split amongst the CuriousB_surfboard_recolors.zip and surfboard_recolors.zip files.) According to SimPE, there are 304 faces and 314 Vertices in the surfboard.

The surfboard can be found in the 'Exercise' area of the Buy Mode catalog. Two wall-mounted surfboard racks: a 1-tile version and a 2-tile version. (Each has 252 faces and 288 vertices according to SimPE.) They can be found in the 'Shelves' section of the 'Surfaces' area of the Buy Mode catalog. June 9th, 2011 UPDATE: Surfboard racks have been updated so that they should no longer be lightning strikeable or flammable. These I've used before.

Sims 2 NPC Replacer Features: The Sims 2 NPC Replacer allows you to easily alter the default outfits of most NPCs in the game. The changes are made globally so all that existing NPCs and newly created NPCs will be wearing the new default outfits. This program works without the use of a 'no NPC revert' hack. NPC replacement packages can be easily swapped in and out of the game. There is also a feature to create and load entire sets of NPC replacement packages.

Checkbook The checkbook can be use to send a check to another sim. The sim receiving the check can cash it to receive the funds. I came up with the idea of the checkbook when one of my business owners needed to send money to someome. In real life he would have simply taken out his checkbook and written the person a check.

We have bank accounts, but no way to transfer money to other people. I think the checkbook object solves that problem quite nicely. Both the checkbook and check look quite good. I was very please with the way they turned out. There simply isn't any mistaking the checkbook or check for being anything else but what they are.

Shake Your Booty Dance Cage The Shake Your Booty Dance Cage is my effort to create a Sims 1 style dance cage for the Sims 2. Other sims on the lot may come over and cheer for the person dancing in the cage (just like Sims 1). Requires Nightlife or OFB or Pets or Seasons Mrs. Crumplebottom's Purse This purse will allow any teen, adult or elder sim to go smacking on another sim, just like Mrs. Requires Nightlife, although it might work if you have Seasons without Nightlife since Mrs C makes an appearance in that EP as well.

(I tried including the anims in the object but the carry anim didn't work right when I did.) Timeclock This timeclock will call in all of your employees at the start time you specify and send them home at the stop time you specify. The timeclock feature can be turned on and off. The unit can also be set to make sure that your employees are fairly paid. There is also an option to call in just one employee at a time. Version 2.0 Update: The new version adds an optional shift feature to the timeclock.

This feature will allow you to select a subset of your employees to be called in and sent home by the timeclock. When the shift mode is enabled the timeclock will only call in/send home the employees assigned to the shift. Multiple timeclocks can be used to call in mulitple shifts.

*Note: When upgrading the timeclocks in your game (from version 1.0 to version 2.0) you will need to delete the old timeclocks and purchase new ones. The data for the shift exists in new attributes, so the shift list may contain garbage data if you don't delete the old timeclock and replace it. Requires the Open For Business expansion pack. Vocational Training The Vocational Training Controller will allow a playable sim or their employees to train other sims in skills or badges. The instructor must possess the highest possible skill in a subject in order to be able to train others in it.

With this object it is possible to create a vocational training institute in your town to gives your citizens the job skills they need to compete in a global economy. I've used these also before in the sims 2 Box of Skates I've always wanted my sims to be able to skate around (not limited to the skating rink only) so I went and made this little object that will let the sims do so. Children through elders can use this.

It comes in the shape of a toy box, costs 25 simoleons and sits in Hobbies/Recreation. Now I know people don't keep their skates in a toy box nor it is a good idea to do that, but my meshing skill is practically non-existant as of yet and I can't think of a better shape for it. You can put this thing in a community lot and make a skating park like I did. Note that I recommend taking the skates off before leaving a lot. I don't think it can cause problems if you leave them on, but in my experience they automatically revert to their skateless state anyway. Hi all, PLEASE RE-DOWNLOAD the Laundry Detergent, I fix a bug with its utilisation!

Don't use the old package just delete it and please forgive me! As requested by brigitta-cismasiu,I have created a washing machine, usable as surface, and a functional laundry Detergent (my first animation ).

Ot perfect but I found these funny to create These items are also realistic and decorative for a kitchen, a bathroom or a laundry room. * * Adding a version2: A larger washing machine. Now it can be included entirely in your kitchen. Be careful: You must get only one version of it because they use the same GUID and you have to make a choice before downloading. Models Wanted: New Positions at Modeling Agency!! Ello, everyone! Before I say anything, allow me to get something out of my system.

*bursts into joy and laughter* THIS IS MY FIRST UPLOAD! Sorry about that. It is the first ANYTHING I made with SimPE, so please try it out! The job is basically similar to the series of 'America's Next Top Model'.

You'll see why in a moment. The job level positions are: 1.

Audition~Try out for the job! Are you worth anything? Fashion 101~You know how to dress? Make-up and Accessories 101~You know how to coordinate makeup? Walking 101~Can you strut? Church Model~Walk down that holy runway! Radio Voice~Show off that wonderful voice!

Runway Model~Walk the runway, from Chinatown to Hollywood! Commercial Model~Smile! You're on the verge of becoming famous! Breakthrough~The next to last step.

Known From Around The World/Supermodel~You, famous person, you! The salary ranges from about 120$ a day at level one to 700$ at level ten. The pay is pretty good, from what I think, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Have you ever wished that Sims had umbrellas when it rained? Well we did too and born of that desire is what we have to present to you.drumroll please.the Custom Prop Hack!

This is a collaborative project between myself and Adele. The hack, custom poses and accessory placement were by me and Adele made all the meshes and recolors. As machinima directors, we hated that the game lacked basic items that we see everyday so we came up with a list of common items to help us create more realistic scenes. All accessory items have placeable versions for consistency of scenes and, of course, you can never have enough props. You must download both the hack files and accessories and place them in your Downloads folder for the hack to work. Please note that you MUST also download the placeable versions of the meshes posted by Adele for the accessory textures to show up. Otherwise, they will blink blue.

How it Works This is based on Jixs' prop hack and works the same way except with all custom poses and meshes. You may find the hack under Hobbies./Miscellaneous (both residential and community) and it's a steel blue box with a red umbrella on it just as displayed on the screenshot. To use it place it on your lot, activate a Sim and then click on the box to choose your options. The hack is base game compatible and has been tested on the base game without any issues. Each accessory name has either a (R) or (L) next to it.

(R) is for right and indicates the accessory will be placed on the right side while (L) is for left. You can combine right and left accessories together- i.e. Use them at the same time on a Sim. Under each accessory will be a 'Pose' and 'Add' option. Use 'Pose' to pose the relevant body part and 'Add' to add the accessory. Use 'REMOVE Prop' and 'STOP Pose' to discontinue, selecting 'Right' or 'Left' as appropriate. The custom body poses only pose the necessary part(s) of the body.

The rest of the body is free to do what you command whether that be sitting, walking, doing socials, etc. You can even use animation hacks or custom pose boxes with them (provided creators didn't set them on high priority). To change the accessory texture, go to buy mode and use the design tool (the thing that looks like keys next to the day/night toggle). Just a note, the icons will be rotated in odd angles but that is due to the way accessories were attached to the custom pose. The hack was designed for adults and due to the way accesories were physically attached to the Sims, they are not placed properly on other ages. All other ages do the poses correctly but accessory placement will be slightly off- from eldest being the least off to children being the most.

In order for other ages to use accessories properly, I would have to alter a set of meshes for each age group and well.that is unlikely at this point so please don't ask. Sometimes when you add an accessory at night (or during the day and it turns to or you set it to night), it gets a blue tint (not blinking, just tint). To correct that, set it to day, place your Sim outside and then add the prop.

Answers to Questions You May Have Please don't ask me if I'll be making this hack (or any other hacks) for Sims 3. I don't have it yet and there is neither SimPE nor animation export tools yet. The answer is no unfortunately and will be that for quite a long while. Please don't ask me for a queued version of the custom poses. That would defeat the whole purpose of the hack and it wouldn't work the way it needs to. We may or may not add more poses/accessories in the future, depending on what Adele or I plan.

For now, sorry but I will not be taking requests but may solicit suggestions in the future. The only exception to this is if you're a mesher and have an item you'd like to see added. I may consider this so please PM me. This hack has been tested both with base game only and with all EPs installed without problems.

If you have an issue with it, remove all other custom content except the hack and see if it works. If it does, you probably have some other item with which it conflicts.

I have tons of hacks in my game and haven't had issues but if you find a conflicting item, please report back. If you would like to create new textures for the accessories, recolor the placeable versions posted by Adele and follow her TOU policy. I would appreciate a PM if you post recolors so I can have them in my game too. **As always, I would be happy to answer your questions provided you FULLY read the description and feedback.

If you would like me to take my time to answer your questions, please take some time to read what's posted. Custom Modeling Poses Overlay Hack. This is Versions 2 of my Custom Modeling Poses Overlay Hack. I decided to start a new thread for it since it's been changed so much from the original. This may be found in Hobbies/Miscellaneous and both files should be placed in your Downloads folder.

It's a black box with a picture of a camera on it (same as before). Please let this overwrite the original one. What's new, changes and fixes -This really should be base game compatible. If it isn't, I don't know what else to do since I fixed it.

Let me know if you have the base game only and it works. -Those of you with the non-English version of the game had some menu issues. That's been fixed. -Reworked or changed most of the female poses and added new female and male poses- 56 poses total (plus sitfloor and ankle unbent options). -Added rotating heads for some of the poses that are hard to stage (e.g. Head leaning on hand or lying down ones) so you can take them from different angles.

The animated head poses have an asterick * after the name. -Added some ankle unbent options for use with high heel meshes which can read more about below. -Added face overlays which you can read more about below. The hack is organized similarly as before except each pose category has one for male and for female and there's a new face overlay category: Floor - Poses are on the floor. Stand - Poses are of the Sim standing. Sit - Poses are on various seating surfaces such as living and dining chairs and sofas.

Sit Floor - These are the same poses as the Sit ones except they are on the floor so they could be used for different height surfaces other than the chair or sofa. The poses will be in the ground. You have to use the magisplay and OMSP objects to basically position them wherever (like a bed, stairs, counter, etc.). Please refer to HP's tutorial on the MTS2 Wiki here for further instructions. *New: Solo created OMSP for Sims that don't require the magisplay. You may find it here.

Snap reset - If you forget which pose you played, use this to snap reset the Sim. An error message will sometimes appear so just reset. Try not to use it unless you have to! Face overlay - I added facial expressions from the game. Since they are usually cartoony and useless, I've made them overlay so that you can pile them on top of each other.

The 'Neutral' face will make any of the expressions less exaggerated. Combining different ones will give you different looks (check out the screenshots). I also added a 'Stop all' option in there in case you pile too many and forget which ones. Car Dealerships In Dallas Tx No Drivers License Needed. This will not affect your pose. Don't use that unless you have to.

*The 'Eyes closed (S)' option requires Seasons which is why I put the (S) there. It's from the object animation file so there's a weird noise that plays (I think it may be the robot). Anyway, if you don't have Seasons, that won't play so just ignore it.

To get the Grim Reaper Statue, go into buy mode or pause and and press ctrl,Shift,C. Type in 'MoveObjects on' without the ' (It is also case sensitive) into the cheat menu. Kill one of your sims that you don't want.

If you have a sim that you want to keep, make sure that there is someone very close to them that can plea to the grim reaper. As soon as you see the grim reaper, go To buy mode and pick him up. Pick him up and hold down shift. Without letting go of the shift button, put the Grim Reaper back down and you should be holding a clone of your Grim Reaper. Then place him where you want him.

Plea to the real grim reaper to save your loved one. You better hope that they love them as much as you think they do otherwise your sim is gone! You can also kill a neighbour walking past. But sometimes it will still be one of your other Sims from a different family so be careful there. Note: You cannot control the grim reaper, but it is still really fun and like I made two of them and put them as statues at my Sims house.
